How do I search homes for sale in the Realtors® MLS?

First, choose the area in which you would like to search.

Then browse the MLS listings, choosing homes to actually visit.

Make an online appointment.

After seeing the home in person, come back to our website where you can make an offer.

Enter your offer online.

Your offer is transmitted to the seller or seller’s agent.

Once accepted, the title company prepares your settlement.

Free furniture will be available within 10 days after settlement and our payment.

When do I receive the furniture?

Once your offer is accepted, the title company will prepare your settlement.

Within 10 days after settlement you will receive a gift certificate for your Free Furniture.

Are there any conditions?

Not many. The homes qualifying for free furniture must come from the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Clark Select Properties, Inc. must receive their minimum standard 3% agency commission. How do I make an online offer?

After visiting a home, please come back to our website.

Go to the Returning Visitors section and click on the "Make an Offer" link.

Enter your offer online.

Our Easy Offer™ system is very easy to use. As you go along, various portions of the contract offer will open to you. You can choose a property inspection or select from many other contingencies.

We also provide you with online tools such as "comparables" to help you to set your offer and neighborhood facts.

Once your offer is complete, it is transmitted to the seller or seller’s agent.

How soon do I receive my furniture?

The furniture voucher is generally available from Green Front Furniture approximately 10 days after settlement. Selection and delivery is made between you and Green Front Furniture. Delivery charges are not included in the offer.

Are there any costs to me?

There is a $175.00 administrative fee to cover furniture processing expenses at the time of settlement. Realtor® services are free to purchasers, therefore the only other fees should be those normally associated with buying a home i.e. mortgage, home inspection, settlement fees, etc.
