If you are a homebuyer, we collect personally identifying information, including your name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information about the home you would like to search for or purchase.

If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker who is in a referral arrangement with us, we collect your contact and professional information, including your name, company, address, phone number, e-mail address and general marketing information.

If you are an attorney, lender, home services provider or other professional who advertises on our web site, or otherwise associated with us, we collect your contact and professional information, including your name, company, address, phone number, e-mail address and general marketing information.

Regardless of whether you are a homeowner, homebuyer or a real estate agent or broker, or homes services provider, information that identifies you personally is collected from our Site only if you supply it voluntarily by entering it on our Site. We do not regulate how these third parties use your information and are not responsible for removing your information from any third party lists. Please contact the third party service providers directly to be removed from their lists.
